Find the right starting point.
A short conversation about your team’s current AI use, possible workflows, and whether a pilot would help.
Book discovery ↗Engagements built around your work
A clear scope. An agreed price. A useful next step.
We price the work being improved and the support needed to put a method into practice. Start with a focused pilot, then decide whether a wider program is right for your team.

We scope the work first, then quote the engagement. Workflow complexity, preparation, delivery format, and follow-through shape the price. Team size helps us plan delivery; pricing is not a per-person attendance fee.
Yes. One team and one priority workflow is the recommended starting point. A wider program is a separate decision after you have reviewed what the pilot shows.
We agree on the tools and any paid subscriptions before booking. Your proposal makes clear what is included and which tool costs, if any, your organisation will cover.
Discovery is there to find a suitable starting point. If we cannot identify one, we will not recommend a pilot just to run a training session.
No fixed savings are guaranteed. We agree simple measures before the pilot and include a follow-up review so you can assess whether the method produces useful value in practice.
We can discuss implementation support and quote it separately. A Workflow Pilot focuses on a method your team can practise and reuse; any software configuration or automation work is explicitly scoped.
